I've noticed that some of the links on the pages were gone. For example Sexy Faith had over 100 i know that for sure and now she only has one page of links. What happened to the rest of them? There was some good links in there.

If links are not working they are removed and put in a backup. Often a lot of links are hosted on the same source and then it can happen that a lot of links all get removed at once.
There was acouples links that I liked to visit so they were working just fine but those got removed too. Just kinda wondering what happened to them and why

A link can perfectly work one day and the next day perhaps their server has problems and it won't work.

And it's also worth mentioning that sometimes even though links are working fine, we have to take them down for various reason. Probably the #1 reason is due to copyrights. We may have permission today, but tomorrow the copyright could change hands and suddenly the new owner doesn't want us putting that link on our site.
