What do other languages sound like?

When you get used to a language a little too much, it loses any sort of distinction to you. So far only English and Swedish has done so for me, and side from dialects I have no perception of what they sound like nor can I describe them.

Like for example, the French stereotype of some snobby 18th century douchebag who's a little gay. Or Danish people (at least from my point of view) sounding ***** and nauseous. Italian sounds pretty nice but it's the standard Luigi-pizza baker picture occuring in my head.

Now apart from the Swedish chef I've no idea how people think it sounds like. I've heard that it's pretty melodic or something like that. Anyone care to describe it to me and my fellow country-men? In exchange I can do the same for those of you who come from other countries than english-speaking :D
