We'll only find out about it in 50+ years, if ever, after everyone involved is dead.
The main thing learned will be how to make the experiments more efficient and more covert so the public never finds out.
Most of what the Nazis did had been done before, they just took it to a new level of efficiency.
Sadly, our governments, corporations, and other self interest groups, are continuing the experiments on innocent unsuspecting people.
