What chick should be used to calibrate the universal 1-10 hotness scale

I'm trying to figure out the maximum beauty the female human body and face can be capable of, so then I can use that as calibration for my 1-10 scale

I don't recall seeing anyone more beautiful than Sara Jean Underwood or a YOUNG Krista Allen, so I assume thats the maximum beauty humans are capable of.
