What are your favorite kinds of cheese?

I'm eating cheese and crackers for lunch, so that prompted me to ask about cheese. I think my top three are pepper jack, feta, and brie.

Medium/sharp cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella and Kraft American!

Medium/sharp by itself but tis good on a sammich, Swiss on a sammich, mozzarrella melted on pizza or on cooked meatballs, and Kraft by itself or on a sammich.

it depends what im eating. if im having a grilled cheese, it must be american. if im having ham, it must be swiss. but, my favorite all around is jack. pepper or regular, it does not matter.

A very tough call.

I think Swiss and Cheddar generally, but I have had a lot of exotic cheeses. One called Canadian Blackout, with a cheddar spread, and nuts and raisins mixed in. Another is Gjetost, a goat's milk cheese, very creamy but sliced thin. Any cheese rolled in crushed nuts is delicious.

Yes, This is very true. One of the main reasons people like Quiznos over Subway is that the sandwiches are toasted. If you want a toasted sub at Subway, the flunkies put it in the microwave and cook the shit out of it, making it very hard and un appetizing
