Hello everyone, I was wondering what are some good workouts to get started doing daily? I am going to be enlisting in the Air ***** in 1 1/2 years and need to get in shape. I am not overweight, but still need to have endurance and some muscles to get past boot camp. I was thinking to start off walk 3 miles a day, and another 1/2 mile every other day, then 50 sit-ups, 50 push-ups daily until I reach 100. Anyone have any other ideas or are those ok?
