There's a movie called Begotten (which I believe is still available on google video) that is pretty weird. It's an art film, so if you're going to watch it expect some pretension. I've always found it to be one of the weirdest experiences I've ever had while watching a movie.
Taxidermia is another one.

Gotta go with the Human Centipede....and I haven't even seen it. Just reading the Ebert review was sickening enough, not even to mention the trailer.
It's actually less gory than you may think. A lot of the so called sick moments are implied by using great acting and sound effects.
"Enter The Void" is a weird one, but the special effects are astouding

Let me rephrase that last sentence. Not great acting but believable enough. I still think this is the oddest movie to be nominated for an Academy Award.(you can read my review by clicking here)
