The intensity of the orgasm and foreplay depends on how horny I am. If I go 4 days without masturbating, it feels insane. Thats why I only go at it once every 2-4 days at the most.

I wouldn't automatically say my first was my best, but even at 26 years old, I can safely say that my orgasms were more intense in my teen years than they are now.
