A uniformed Canadian soldier has been shot at the War Memorial in Ottawa, and gunfire has also broken out inside the Parliament buildings

The equivalent of a gunman shooting up the Capitol Building AND Shooting a soldier at any one of the war memorials across Washington.
There was an actual *** battle inside Parliament while it was in session, and the gunman was ******. They've since ID'd the shooter as an Islamic convert.
