I might be wrong but I believe that is Brigitte Lahaie She normally had blonde hair but this looks exactly like her.

Eyes are too big, Brigitte's were smaller, more almond shaped/exotic.
Nose is wrong, Brigitte's was more upturned.
Chin is too pointed, Brigitte's was softer and more rounded.
