This is the direct result of Verizon and other monopolies bribing the GOP & FCC to repeal net neutrality in June 2018.
Now that the Telecom monopolies have total control of how much bandwidth each customer can have, I'm sure there will be many more "network errors" happening in the future. Especially to anyone who criticizes the Telecom monopolies, hurts their feelings or those who don't pay for the "extra protection plan against network errors".
Now there are large pieces of cheap burned land for sale in Cali....you do the math.
