Because if you repeat a lie enough, people start to believe it and I wanted to answer the question for EVERYONE once and for all. Because this has gotten out of hand it was necessary for her to seek legal counsel to defend herself.
If they are then it is bad on them for threatening someone for just asking a question. Nobody in this thread said she was a drug addict.

Libel, Slander and defamation of character. How much work would you get if there was a rumor saying that YOU were a junkie? The first person who said it on here states it as a fact, which is totally not true. You aren't allowed to slander people or interfere with their ability to earn a living. Look it up if you doubt what I am saying.
It's NOT so, nor has it ever been. Ms. Von appreciates her true fans who have helped her to dispel this falsehood.
We do not represent Ms. Bing. Our only concern is for the well being of Ms. Von and her career. She wanted me to thank her fans for their support and concern. You will be seeing quite a bit more of her in the upcoming months. Her calendar is full of new projects.
