I think you are looking on a too small picture. The agendas (The catholic church obviously has more than just one objective) is not just about the USA, don't flatter yourself too much.

And the man you are so harsh on, he failed himself, very soon, may he have positive or negative objectives, he had to give up. My question is:

Ths current pope, is he just a more pleasing front, after Benedict, who, even as a fellow german, having a strong resemblance to the Star Wars emperor.
