I've never even watched True Blood but can tell from the adverts that their vampires are tougher than those in the Twilight films, what about the vampires from The Vampire Diaries or Buffy? Eventhough Buffy was part comedy there was still some evil twisted vampires, Angel was sick when he turned bad and Spike killed a little kid in his first few episodes.
