US/Canadian opinion on "The Simpsons", "****** Guy" & "American ***"
Hi everyone,
I've been asked by a friend here in the UK to find out what Americans and Canadians think of this trilogy of cartoons on TV. If you want you can add "Futurama" to the list but I thought I'd stick with what some consider to be the big three.
Down to business then.
1. Would you say that any of these have remained fresh, bringing interesting stories and lots of fun to the typical US/Canadian fan?
2. In your opinion, has any show suffered from a season of boring story ideas?
3. After a tough day at college/work, which one brings the most enjoyment to you the viewer and cheers you up?
4. Did you start off enjoying one show, and then found you switched to another?
5. Do you think it likely that one day these cartoons will end before the actors who provide the voices retire from the industry? Financial funding is of course a big issue for the cartoon industry.
Bonus question: Was the "****** Guy" Star Wars trilogy a hit or a flop for you?
