Found this model through a YouTube video, the link is below. If anyone has anymore information, I would really appreciate it. Everything I've found out is:

It's from an event called "Lima esta de moda 2009 through Nino Penaloza" (http://www.ninopenaloza.com/)
One of the models in the event goes under the name, Tilsa Lozano, (she's the taller one with the lower back tatoo in the video)
I can't for the love of me find any more information on this girl though.
