Unable to create banner/change avater pic

For some reason it keeps bringing an error saying something must be wrong with the browser console.

There is something wrong with your current avatar because it errors when I click onto it but you still should be able to change it.

Click onto your profile on the top right menu and then go to Account details and then click onto your avatar from that page rather than your actual public profile and you should find that you are able to upload a new one in its place.
