Andy Marsh, the national policing lead for body-worn video (BMV), said he hoped the new trial would lead to "cheaper justice"."
so, in america police are saying they don't want to wear body cameras, it stops them doing their jobs efficiently etc
whereas over here the police are saying let us wear body cameras - it'll help us do our jobs better and provide superior justice
so any ideas which point of view is correct?
