Tyson not sorry for 'savage' life

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
Mike Tyson is truly one of the greatest boxers of all time. I often wonder what would have happened if Cus had been around for his entire career. Tyson was one of the best defensive boxers around in his youth. That was what made him untouchable. Not only could he hit with power, but he could block and keep himself clean. After Cus died, he lost his focus and guidance. He became flat footed and only sought the knockout. Also, he shirked on his defense and looked only for that one punch that would end a fight. Tyson was great, but he could have been so much more.

He definitely had a tough life and wasn't ready for all the money and fame. It eventually ruined him. I know he gets a bad rap sometimes, but he's one of my all-time favorites.

I admire his power and talent as a boxer but, as a human being, he is despicable in my opinion.

You nailed it I think.

He was savage in the ring in all the right ways in his early career and could have been one of the greats of all time with the the right guidance which he had with Cus as you said.

His head after that got into the wrong place and by the time he met Buster Douglas he was ripe for the taking.Tried to rely on just his punching power and had shunned developing his boxing and defense and Buster was ready and laid it on him.

Banned?
As much as he disgusts me, he was a great boxer and still remains a very interesting person. The recent documovie Tyson is very good and I recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

That fucker. I spent hours of my life playing Punch Out! only to get knocked out by a single punch, and he doesn't even have the decency to say sorry?

I wasted months on you, Tyson! This isn't fair!

A powerful boxer, the youngest ever undisputed world heavyweight champion, didn't like losing so he bit off part of his opponent's ear, nasty misogynist, convicted rapist.
