I know the movie was from the 90's to the early 00's. It was a college themed movie, the first scene is a cute petite blonde playing quarters and eventually loses and gets too drunk and bangs the guy she was playing quarters with. She was wearing high socks, a mini skirt and had pigtails (I think). One of the last scenes is a really famous guy who I can't remember the (maybe italian with combed over hair with blonde highlights and a really wide chin, was in decent shape). He is a counselor and tries to talk to this slut who then says she hadn't gotten enough sex as she's playing with herself and gets the guys to finish her off. The thing I remember most is the pan out before the actual sex scene was the zoomed in on this really crappy poster and did the whole negative color swap, ultra 90s effect. The name was something like Debbie does College, or College Coeds... something sort of generic. That guy I tried describing though, I know he's super famous like he was married to a pornstar or something, but I cant even find him online... I think he's about the same age as Randy Spears and Evan Stone if that helps.
