On the PH56 and PH60 girl: the GIFs you posted are from PH60 et PH63 (looks like there a mix up between 56 and 63 on your second GIF.)
I don't see her on PH55. There is a blonde girl in a light blue shirt that does look quite like her but I don't believe it's the same girl: nose and jawline are a bit off, her demeanor is quite different, no piercing on her eyebrow, doesn't seem to have any matching mole, no matching result on pimeye)…That said, I don't have the best of source for 55 right now so I maybe missing something.
She is in PH52 though. She hang closely with some of the stripper sadly there is no action.
