Tainster or whomever owns them now has not been very good at social media or customer engagement. They had that Barbara's blog for awhile and that was OK, even though they never listened to anything, requests by customers for multi-cam or to at least show all the amateurs were pretty standard, I think that's why DSO went multi-cam though grudgingly (of course now we get those parties for 07 to 10 re-released with fewer cams, sigh). I think at some point they had the attitude of we know best and that turned in to the 'we've done it this way, why should we change' attitude. I'm not sure if Gina is good or bad, she always seems to be a little annoyed with everything, maybe give her a blog. The Tainster people should be here or on Twitter or reddit or somewhere, then actually listen to what people want and do what they can to accommodate them. I'm much more likely to keep giving my money to a company that at least tries to improve the customer experience and having feedback that they actually acknowledge is a good start.

PHGC 39 was not bad overall, it was just way too long. If it had been 6 parts I think everyone would have been happier, it started out well. If the big boobed girl from 36 got in action again or if the blond from the post above or the redhead that got mad after falling over had gotten involved I think the later half would have been better. They also missed the blond with tats that's been fucked in a couple other parties, no cameras spent anytime on that couch in part 8. Again, it wasn't terrible just all the good stuff was in 39 part A and part B was kind of a drag, I also think the camera people got kind of lazy at hour 2. Since they need to make two DVD's per party they will need to figure out how to build, good stuff and then relax and then build again, etc. Everyone got super lazy at the end so it turned in to 5 girls do work 50 girls do bored. Doing some cheap changes to the set might help, just move a wall or something to create a quieter spot, maybe even a set up a two way mirror for a camera instead of sticking it in girls faces. I hope there is a decent old party released next week in multi-cam.
