Trojan Horse, download trojan horse at faked Freeones

I completed a thorough investigation and found either a faked Freeones website (I do not live in America) or someone planted virus and trojan horse into those links.

When I tried to click the link, my computer will flash a virus or trojan horse called "Download trojan horse" and linked me to a search engine with a completely different page.

I had a total of 36 trojan horse that can not be repaired.

Any help ?

Are you aware Freeones had been hecked into and faked links to viruses and download trojan horses ?

I don't believe it was the freeones website it's self, nor has it been hacked. It sounds like you may have visited a link that "infected" your computer. I have had a similar problem. I clicked a link here and was sent to the famous "Nikki Benz" movie page (the one that tends to lock-up my web browser) and caught a Trojan. It would re-direct me to a spy-ware website and continuously advised me I had a Trojan. We do are best to erase these links before they cause any harm. I would recommend going to your Virus Protection Web Site (Mcaffee.com, Norton.com, etc.) and check with them on how to remove it. Most sites have a forum. Perform a search looking for what ever search engine it sends you to, more than likely you're not the only one.

Yes it's sometime the links not FreeOnes where the problem is.I have a few virus scanners running. But get the same problem when the Nikki Benz page comes up,instead of the link I clicked on.

This is a common problem with porn on the net. It's the biggest viewed so the best place to place Trojans and viruses.Hence why you should always make sure your computer has protection.

Someone told me WinFixer 2005 because I get so many pop-ups. And when I get my computer scanned with this prog. I must actually have to reboot Windows. Is this true?

WinFixer is the cause of your pop-ups, because Winfixer is dangerous adware.

True - took me ages to get rid of WinFixer and the whole incident has put me completely off all those type of sites....:crash:
Apparently one disgruntled person has reported them to the FBI (I saw this while viewing your link, Priapus).
If this is true - :bigjump:

You definitely need some sort of Anti-Virus protection, GhostDog. In its most basic definition and form, a firewall merely gives you added protection against hackers trying to gain access to your system for nefarious reasons and purposes.

Here's an excellent Site that gives a good, comprehensive overview of what a firewall is and does:

Take a look at this next link for PC Magazine's reviews of the top-rated anti-virus protection suites:

You can also find reviews as well as trial versions of some of the more popular anti-virus suites at this Site:

I use Zone Labs' Zone Labs Security. It does what I need and it's fairly cost-effective, too. :hatsoff:

i agree completely with Asianxxxchick. as faras im concerned, the more protection the better. searching for links to post here is dangerous to your computers health. many of the older links in the longer threads redirect you and my anti-virus program has caught a few trojans. so yes, you absolutely need anti-virus software. otherwise you'll be reformatting you HD often, or it'll crash completely. good luck.
Asianxxxchick provided some great resources.

I RECENTLY lost my PC to virus/hackers. Trust me anti-virus/hacker programs are worth the money!

PS. When ever you (members) come across a re-direct to a trojan/virus please let us (the Mod Squad) know and well remove the link.

I have Norton Internet Security 2006 on my desktop which includes a firewall and on my laptop I have Norton Antivirus 2006 and Zone Alarm (free firewall) and have had no problems. I had to learn the hard way too before I made a concerted effort to make sure my virus definitions were up to date and make my computer protected. Norton costs around 40-60 dollars and is worth the alternative of not having it

Thanks !

My computer is infected with so-called "Download Trojan Horse". I clicked the link on Freeones and took me to another site. But I was able to slow down the computer by switching to high-speed lite and before the faked webpage completely download onto my PC, I deleted it immediately.

But my PC is still infected and some of my friends told me it was those anti-spywares people planted these kind of virus on the "Porn links" and wanted you to buy their anti-virus program or anti-spyware programs.

I am still very upset about those virus that took me from the Freeones links to some other sites !!

The same thing happened to me four times in the last two months. I noticed that it happened when I would open older links, stuff from the last two years or so. Be careful out there folks. :hatsoff:
