Travelling to Berlin

Going to Berlin, Germany next month for my birthday for 4 days.

Going via Easyjet on a evening flight which i feel is not the best airline to use considering what people say about them, but flight was cheap and least is more direct even though the more better airlines are more frequent during the day but have to do a change somewhere and have a longer layover

Just wondering if anyone has been there or lives there that could advise mee the best place to go in terms of food places, historical buildings of interest, galleries, musuems etc and anything fun.

Also if transport links are great which be worth opting for a travel pass?

I was thinking of getting this welcome card

https://www.berlin-welcomecard.de/en

I was thinking whether getting that welcome card would give me free entry or a discount as part of what makes it appealing is it offers discount for public transport and also entries to attractions.

Are you referring to the war museum part or something else?

Breezing though there are 3 types dunno what best if a guided tour better or just go at your own pace.

Can't see how much it costs if it free. Need work out when to see it if need a booking. Dunno the least busiest times though

See if the East Side Gallery is still .. standing. Interesting murals / artwork that is continually changing.

Pergamon Museum has some interesting examples of LARGE architecture . Bode Museum has a good Egyptian art collection.

Schloss Charlottenburg is a huge dwelling with a lot of painted artwork.
