Yeah, I even think she has another one that's even closer, but the guy pulls out in the last second. The scene you linked is still one of her best if you ask me, on par with the stepmom scene on the couch.
Lots of other girls as well that were close to a good finish but never came around to. Lisa Ann had plenty of scenes that could have ended this way, and I don't know if I'll count the Titty Creampie ones that are quite bad.
