Let this one sink in: West argued that states who he says have violated the constitution by certifying what he and other Republicans have alleged to be fraudulent votes for president-elect Joe Biden are the "real perpetrators of secession."

If West alleges something without proof and SCOTUS disagrees, then the ones who did nothing wrong are the 'perpetrators of secession'.

Did he just flip sides in the middle of his argument?
