1. I see you list the previous day's 30 most popular searches on the "What's New" page. I'd like to suggest expanding on this idea if possible. Why not have a page devoted to rankings, with the most popular last month, year to date, etc.? "Most favorited" could be another category for these kind of rankings.
2. A way to randomly select a woman from the database or any subcategory (any pornstar, any actress, etc.). Might be a great way to stumble across women we don't know.
3. I don't know if there's a deletion process for women as all their links go bad, but a maybe a list of "women subject to deletion soon unless we find more soon"? Does that make any sense?
