The Freeones search is very complex rules engine that requires additional processing time to sort through the overwhelming majority of n00b related posts/threads to find content of any value.

If you were able to search ever second, then the bandwidth on the server(s) would be too high, and then the server(s) would crash, and we don't want that do we?

Wait more than 20 seconds. I usually wait a couple of minutes - nothing is so important that it cannot wait. Just because it seems like 20 seconds went by to you does not mean it went by to the system.

but it does not say wait 19 seconds, it says 20 seconds so it must be 20 seconds to the system. but if I have to wait 20 seconds surely I must wait 21, if 20 seconds is not long enough time for waiting.

Its not only this forum that require you to wait between searches, I know one where you have to wait one minute, and I've seen no one complain about it over there.

I do not complain about the waiting of 20 seconds. I understand the waiting, but if you make the search after 5 seconds of making a seach, you get message wait 20 seconds, please try again in 15 seconds, but my message, wait 20 seconds between searches, try again in 20 seconds.

The boards been crashing almost every night around 12:30 AM EST because of overload. Someone said it was because Europe is waking up around then. Personally I think its a Canadian conspiracy.
