NBC has given Parenthood a second season, which is great, I think, because the show has really grown. The last episode was a milestone for this show.

And HBO will bring back "How To Make It In America" for a second season. I'm looking forward to that as well. "Curb your Enthusiasm" was renewed as well, for an eight season, which makes it HBO's longest running series.

I'm watching way too many TV shows of all genres...

But there's three shows that grow on me with every new episode I watch. I don't even know why I began to watch Parenthood in the first place, because so called Dramedies aren't really my cup of tea, but this show is really great, because it has about everything you need: great actors, great humor, interesting and also dramatic storylines...and beautiful women like Lauren Graham, Monica Potter, Erika Christensen or Joy Bryant. For me the surprise of the year so far.

Men Of A Certain Age with Ray Romano, Scott Bakula and Andre Braugher as three friends in their late 40s, early 50s, who know each other since childhood is really awesome. Before watching the first episode I thought it would be a 20 minute comedy show à la Everybody Loves Raymond, but I was really surprised when I learned it's actually a 40 minute show which can also be labeled as Dramedy. The dialogues are absolutely hilarious, but I also find the more serious parts and bits quite enjoyable to watch.

The third show would be Justified. Since watching "Hitman" I really like Timothy Olyphant and I just had to check it out. While I thought it would be some kind of action show with a lot of shooting going on I was quite surprised about the slow pace and the focus on the characters, above all the main character Raylan Givens. I'm not quite sure yet what it is that makes me really wanna watch this show so bad every week, but in the end I don't care, I'm liking it and it's good fun to watch.

Other shows I watch: Human Target, Lie To Me, Burn Notice, Leverage, The Mentalist, Bones, Chuck, Rescue Me, The Closer, FlashForward, 24, Fringe, SG-U, Criminal Minds, NCIS + CSI + Law & Order franchises and comedy shows like Modern Family, The Middle, 30Rock, Rules Of Engagement, HIMYM, The Big Bang Theory and Two And A Half Men.

Edit: Ehm, ok, I don't know, why half of my posting was already there, when I posted this final version. Maybe I accidentally hit the reply instead of the preview button once. So, this posting (the second one) is the complete info.

Can't wait for the second season of Misfits, it's a show out of the UK by E4 and is the funniest show I have ever seen

Funny and also I was surprised at how graphic the sex scenes were, for a British programme. It started off better than it ended.
