The Tribe is circling the drain- 14-21 since July 4th. Couldn't hit a softball right now. I still don't like some of the moves Wedge makes--today Kenny Lofton should have PH for that rookie Cabrera when we had the momentum going. Who has faced Rivera more than Lofton?...ever since Shapiro signed Wedgie to that extension, it has gone downhill. We have lost four 1-0 games. That is ridiculous.
No veteran leadership right now..no core players (Lofton and Trot are not core players) with playoff experience. That will hurt us down the stretch too. I have a sick feeling we will miss the playoffs. Anyone agree?
