The teacher threw out the troublemaker and was fired

Discipline is the teacher's responsibility not a crime?

Das ist eine schwierige Frage.

Der Texaner hat recht. ;)
I mean, sure, a teacher should in a certain degree be allowed to discipline, but in the video it looks like he is getting quite physical. That definitely is not ok. Don't get me wrong, some students drive teachers to the edge and some school systems (in some countries) are too eager to fire a teacher at the first given opportunity (in my opinion), which makes it pretty hard sometimes to be a teacher. Should he have been fired? I don't know. I can't read the article and even if I could I probably wouldn't know the whole story, so, it's hard to say.

Sorry, I do not understand the Swedish language.

That's what I love about working for myself; I make the rules.

"Can your hear the sound of wings?"

Things like that happen often at schools.

This time the fuss was born because the school principal made the announcement.

Majority of people are of the opinion that the teacher made the right thing, but the School board not agree.

i heard words from the student, that was all. no matter what she said a teacher, or anybody at that, can't get physical with a person over words.....by law.

unless of course you're in the hood.

but even there ,"get the fuck out ma face" means just that.
GET THE FUCK OUT MA FACE means GET THE FUCK OUT MA FACE.

it doesnt matter what language they are speaking, unless a teacher is defending them self or another student they can't get physical with a student.
