I really enjoy The Big Bang Theory and Jim Parsons is excellent, but I don't think the show would be nearly as good without my favorite Oompa Loompa of science, Howard Wollowitz.

After six months at the North Pole Sheldon looks remarkably tidy.

Howard takes one for the team to keep Leonard from ruining his surprise party. He ate a peanut and this happened.

It's so hard to pick a favorite character on that show because the actors are all really good at portraying their characters. If I was forced to choose, I'd probably go with Sheldon. But the other four main cast members are a close second.
