Dawn: I also think Philip K. Dick is underrated as an author also, especially when you consider the movies that came from his books, like Blade Runner for "Do Robots Dream of Electric Sheep", Total Recall from "We Can Remember it for You Wholesale", and Minority Report.
The one thing I wish he would have answered is if what was happening to Quail in his book was real or not. I always like to think it was. In any case that whole aspect is one of the biggest reasons I like Total Recall, while a lot of people don't look any further than the action with Arnold onscreen. There is some deeper stuff in it. I knotice at lot of that theme in his work.
