Whenever I try and view a video this evening I receive a message that says, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported". It worked fine before.
Whenever I try and view a video this evening I receive a message that says, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported". It worked fine before.
It was happening on desktop and cell and tablet when I reported it on 10/14. Videos are working now on desktop and cell, but not tablet (Sprint AQT80).
Desktop uses MS Edge and cell and tablet use Chrome.
