I've never had one, although I did once see a TV segment in which they went into detail about how they make them. According to what I saw, they use good cuts of pork to form that piece of meat. What has, and will stop me from trying it is simple, I am VERY picky about the BBQ sauce I use. I only like one or two types, and I hate sweet sauce. Plus the thought of pickles on BBQ ribs is odd to me.
