OK. First off, before you all get excited by seeing that this message is being posted under the name Angela Devi, I hate to bring you back down to reality.

I am Angela's best friend who she often referred to in threads about the San Jose Sharks. Whenever she could make her way out here, we would go to the games together. She loved to bust my chops and root against me though when we saw the Phoenix Coyotes play the Sharks.

You might be wondering how I have access to her account. This is because she used the same password for everything, and I remembered it from one time she wanted me to log on to her e-mail to check something. I've been getting a lot of forwarded messages from this site as well as many others regarding messages about her death not being true.

I know that with the internet being completely anonymous, you have to be careful about where you get your information from. However, I am here to finally put the rumors to rest. Angela has in fact passed on. Out of respect for her family and friends, I will not go into the details of her passing.

I think one of the big questions on everyone's mind was how Angela was posting after he death. That was actually her photographer/webmaster trying to cover it all up, not out of malice, but to try keeping the news to just within her family and friends. He actually posted the message about having a fall out with Softwood, only because he'd rather Angela go out of the business looking like she dominated it like a diva.

I encourage you all as her fans to do whatever you can to honor her for the work she did. Circulating fan made memorial wallpapers is an idea I had. She was one of a rare type of nude models who enjoyed being sexy without having to sleep around and fall into the pits of the adult entertainment industry. All she wanted to do is have fun, get paid to be sexy, make people smile, and work towards her dream.

I thank you all for the support you gave her. I won't ever forget those times she'd talk my ear off about all her silly videos and the response she got from them.

I mean this with the utmost respect and admiration for your honesty and truthfulness. Furthermore, please forgive me for being obstructive and challenging what you say, but, with what has been said previously regarding people pirating her accounts and making false statements, I'm not sure that I believe what you say. Is there no certifiable independent verification that can be provided to prove what you say?

I totally agreee with Om3ga. I don't think that any of us wants to intrude, and, Hell, if Ms Devi is dead, it would be insensitive from us to ask for details, like vultures. All we ask is for an official statement that Ms Devi has passed away. And, again, my deepest sympathies for her family and friends

First off alexios, let it go, it's none of our business to know the how or the what of her passing.

I'm stunned, I discovered her when I first went online been a fan ever since. I pmed her a few times she seemed to have a good head on her shoulders. Now she's gone.

I don't have a memorial wallpaper, but I do have one I made of her a few weeks back. I even e-mailed it to her, heh.

Not a fan at all, in fact didn't even know her till all this started. But I say again, I find it sad that people have to argue over this and start more threads in which to do it. Why not just wait until something official comes out and then start such a thread if thats the case. I find all this disrespectfull and in bad taste. The respectfull thing at this time if it's true is to think of the feelings of her family and friends. If it's not true then you can start to slate the lair's in a thread.

I for one will wait till something official and not post anything to then. Then if it is true then I will pay my respects at that time. But until that time just let it be.

Call me insensitive or whatever, but I still don't believe something unless it's in the news somewhere. She might not have been famous yet, but she was in the spotlight, and fans and such have the right to know regardless of privacy or whatever.

The problem as I see it, poggy, is that this incident, if you can call it that, calls into question the other OCSMs of the board because not only has this unnamed "close friend" of Ms. Devi posted as her using her account, but her photographer/webmaster allegedly has posted as her as well, and one of them tried to cover the thing up (her death); fans don't like to be deceived. There has been nothing announced on trade websites and we don't have any public records - that gives rise to member speculation also.

It think it raises questions in members' eyes as to the validity of the "OCSM" status here. I think THAT'S why people are so concerned. They want to KNOW that when they're "talking" with an OCSM here that she's the "real deal," and not some webmaster or site admin. or friend posting as the OCSM. That's why people are being speculative. I personally know and work/for with a few of the OCSMs here and know them to be the "real deal," but some others here I think are now worried about that issue.

Anyway, I guess we should wait for something official. This issue has become ridiculous, and if Ms. Devi DID die, the fiasco that has ensued, prompted by the posting saying merely that her site was shutting down, is unfortunate.

It could have been handled far better, IMO, such as someone logging in with her account saying, "My name is ______. I am a close friend of Angela's and I am posting as her. To my regret, I must announce that Angela passed away on X date, and her site will be shutting down. Flowers and cards can be sent to XYZ address. At this time the family wishes to keep the details of her death private. May she rest in peace."

Here's an idea...since you have her password...why don't you check her email too and find some more information for us?
So why not ask her family (it would appear that your tight with them) if you can go through her emails and collect any information. Actually, the authorities might need that information as well. I mean...isn't O.J. looking for the real culprit too? Why not help out, best friend?

Agree. I was searching the Death registry on the internet and I wasn't able to find anything on Angela Devi. At this point, we don't really care how Angela Devi died(that's if she died), we are just looking for a legit confirmation. Usually, this always happends when someone dies, even if the parents or whoever don't want to release any more facts about the death. You will find these in obituaries in local newspaper, or in a bigger media source in Angela Devi's case.

As I posted above, no one should have posted 'now' 4 threads on this. Everyone else should have just left it alone till an official statement was released. As I keep saying all of you going back and forth about this is disrespectfull.

IMO a mod should close this thread. In fact also any other thread on this subject till a official statement is released.
