The "full Baltimore" look

That's what we called it in high school, back in the late '60s, anyway (and I'm from Baltimore originally). We're talking lighter colored dress (often white), dark (usually black) hosiery, and white shoes. The look was often seen on blue-collar babes, and more often than not, the ones who were more likely than not to put out. Example:
