I hear a lot of bad stuff about Apple. I have criticized them myself. But today, I just picked up my 2015 MacBook Pro from the Apple Store. They put in a new battery/keyboard kit and the bill was to be $200. I get there and the guy doesn't know how to charge me until he found out it was no charge. I not only thanked the guy but told him he bought my big Thanksgiving Dinner plus gave me a $20 tip.
I think the reason for the no charge was because of a recall of some 2015 models. I asked twice previously in the store about it and I was told I wasn't eligible. Whatever the deal is/was I am a very happy camper who has $200 more in my pocket today than I was planning.
