Hit the button again, it goes up to 22 seconds! Or random jumps to 66 seconds, for example. Hit the button again, and it's fine.  Same when trying to post saying along the lines of "you must wait x seconds before posting again" even though it's been more than that since your last post. Hitting post quick reply increases the time delay, and eventually it lets you post. Annoying!Anyone else getting this?</blockquote>
