Tanya Lyons?!?! Who is she?

The name is in the magazine, its Tanya Lyons but this is dating back to 1993, and I wondered if she has changed her name as I cannot find anything about her on FreeOnes or elsewhere (ie google) so I am hoping someone might be able to unlock this knowledge from their head, and be able to direct me to a link with more of her stuff (perhaps even a homepage or biography)
