Born in 1953 in Detroit, Michigan.

In the 1970's, along with Debbie McGuire & Pam Greer, Sylvia became the most recognizable African American big bust model of all time.

i have found Sylvia McFarland and she was born in Belize Oct. 13th, 1954. Not Detroit or Jamaica or any where else. She does not wish to be found and i will respect her privacy to a point.
