Just like Dogbanner and Legmann61, I got a 403 forbidden error. It's probably not because of being hot linked. Instead, none of the old Twistys links work anymore. Mindgeek has made sure of this. They manipulated the formatting on them. The sequencing is different. You cannot even join Twistys through any of their old links. Though why you would want to join Twistys now is beyond me ...

Most likely, the scene and this photo gallery have been taken down by the webmaster who works for Mindgeek. Since 2017, Mindgeek has decimated the Twistys website. Removed thousands of photo galleries, scenes that once worked, no longer do and lastly, they've delisted hundreds of adult models.

But how come the link works for me then? Is it because of browsing history or something? And why are they taking down so much content? If it's done to free up space for new models you can't really blame them.

However, I can answer your second question. It's not just at Twistys. It's at all the websites that Mindgeek owns. Websites like Digital Playground, Mofos, Erito, and lastly Brazzers and networks like Reality Kings. They got rid of Molly Cavalli's Muffia site (RK's sister site) because of its lesbian content. They did away with the Reality Gang Network (Big Sausage Pizza, Milf Cruiser, Euro Bride Tryouts, and adult.com) because of direct competition with Reality Kings and Brazzers. So why is the Mindgeek webmaster taking down so much content? When they do a scene, they pay the videographer a one time salary. That gives them rights to the scene. They own the video. However, with photo galleries, Mindgeek has to continue to pay royalties out to the photographer. If the photo gallery is not on the website, they thus avoid having to pay a royalty fee to the photographer whose work and pictures it is that they have just delisted.
On the sites that Mindgeek managed but did not own, for example, Playboy Enterprises and Wicked Pictures. Both Playboy and Wicked left the Brazzers Portal because they as the owners, Christie Hefner and Playboy Enterprises (Playboy Plus, and Playboy CyberClub) and Steve Orenstein, and interested parties: Brad Armstrong, Axel Braun (Wicked) did not want the Mindgeek webmaster messing around with any of the content at their websites. In December 2020, Mr. Orenstein sold Wicked Pictures to Gamma Entertainment (Netherlands).
Mindgeek will keep a video up until it no longer works. Unlike, Bang Bros. or Videosz / Bang or The Score Group or Naughty America, they don't repair, fix or remaster videos. If the video isn't working and the photo gallery is pulled, they just delist the scene. It is much easier that way.
It's all about the money with Mindgeek. They've been using Twistys reputation (what you saw in the Bravo Erotica link I posted) to maintain members for years. But when you enroll it's not what you expected. Many people are disappointed, and they cancel. Manwin / Mindgeek purposely took down the Twistys Forum. No one can complain about the site and how it is managed. After the Twistys Treat Scandal in 2014 with Nicole Aniston, Vanessa Veracruz, and Madison Ivy, they did away with the Twistys Forum. Many long time members left the site in protest. Even Mike South wrote about it. Adult models who supported Vanessa Veracruz also were banned at the Twistys Forum. As were the Forum's employees; the moderators and administrators who questioned Manwin / Mindgeek's authority. Eventually with the new site redesign and layout at Twistys, hundreds of adult models were delisted. Twistys Hard (b/g) porn became what Mindgeek wanted for everybody. They forced it down people's throats. Solo female masturbation and lesbian porn has become a thing of the past over there. Shap, the original owner and founder of Twistys, today would be utterly disappointed and possibly angry about how Manwin / Mindgeek has destroyed his landmark website.
Most members will eventually have the Twistys website added to the Brazzers' Porn Portal. So as long as you keep your Brazzers subscription in good standing, your access to Twistys is free. Just like at Mile High Media, Property Sex and at Pornhub Premium along with the other Hub sites, (Fake Taxi, Fake Female Taxi, Fake Cop, Fake Hostel, Fake Agent, etc.). The one time cost to add a website to the Brazzers Porn Portal? Between $59.95 (during holidays) to $83.95.That does not include the ability to download content - (discussed in the next paragraph.)
