[Speaking of liking things - boobs!} Jessica Simpson: Is this chicken what I have, or is this fish? I know it's tuna, but it says chicken...by the sea?"
Seriously, it's easy to forget how many types of top grade sushi are tuna as well. One quality tuna can easily cost more than a cow.Tuna, as we know it, is rarely actually tuna as some of us expect anyway. A lot of times, your "light tuna," aka not albacore aka just "tuna" is skipjack. A type of bonito, in the mackrel/tuna family. It's sold as tuna, just like rockfish is sold as cod or rockcod or even red snapper.
And on the Subway thread, they lost me when they dropped Roast Beef. Don't know why they quit, maybe the young don't like it but I do and now I don't like them.
