strictly new ebony starlets??

are their any websites, search engines, blogs, etc. that keeps track of strictly new ebony starlets?? is so where are they?? I love white starlets but the new black starlets don't get any exposure until they've been in the bizness of 6 months to a year.. white girls are introduced as soon as they do their 1st movie.. thanx for any reponses in advance..
