The anime series Street Fighter II V was pretty good. It took liberties with the franchise but the gist of it was all there.

I know, but three minutes doesn't count as a short film in my book. That was more of a tease than a short film.

That's it? Srsly? I was expecting maybe 20-30 minutes. Not a 3 minute fight scene with absolutely no resolution whatsoever.
