Stephanie Swift cancer UPDATE

Stephanie has completed five months of brutal chemotherapy.

You may recall that the cancer spread to her lymph nodes. She is now scheduled to have lymph node removal surgery in mid-March.

Another benefit for Stephanie will be held in Santa Monica on March 10, 2010 at the V Lounge (www.vloungela.com). Stephanie will receive 100% of the door charge and 100% of the proceeds from all other income. They are planning a kissing booth, photos with adult industry stars, and copies of Stephanie's last movie before she retired. Fans are welcome. Stephanie is planning to be there.

Stephanie was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2006. She was the 1998 Female Performer of the Year.

This thread obviously goes back more than 2 1/2 years. Stephanie make a full recovery and she joined one of those XXX-Church groups for people that have left porn and found god. I saw some interviews with her maybe 1 1/2 years ago and she was saying that she didn't even know who she was during the porn years, etc. But she wasn't "blaming" porn as other ex-pornstars who found religion have. It's not surprising that someone who has gone through a period as traumatic as her cancer illness and treatment were would want to grasp onto something that they found great support in.
