I can't recall names but maybe try an advanced babe search and select United States as country which then allows you to search by State as well?
As for settings maybe Farmer's Daughters series might be along the lines you're thinking? I've seen Farmer's Daughters do College where they have mostly southern accents. I hope this helps.
