South Park, Family Guy is overplayed I think, it feels very repetitive.

South Park, hands down. South Park has remained consistently good while Family Guy's latest attempts have been not so good. I still watch FG but it really is running out of steam

South Park.

Ever since Family Guy came back in 2005 it has lost quality and went downhill fast. They should have stayed dead and we remember the glory of them during 2001-2003.

Whimsy I couldn't agree more. South Park may have a few clunkers here and there, but Family Guy is just not funny at all anymore. The first years were the best for Family Guy, and ever since it's return, it's been like the Titanic. Once a great vessel for comedy, now just a sinking ship that everyones trying to escape from.

Another thing about Family Guy is that they go out of their way to be offensive with no apparent reason. South Park at least is usually just trying to prove a point with their offensiveness and it just fits their characters. When you got Cartman being a racist bigot asshole (still love him though), you got the other three to normally balance it out.

Bingo. After the movie came out and they started swearing in Family Guy, I was like "This is what all the hype is about?" I used to really like the show, but after the movie and after every throwing up joke and gay Stewie joke, my interest just keeps going down. The last time I was entertained by Family Guy was in the last Brian & Stewie show where they were in the Disney musical (Which, of course, was ruined by a Jew joke at the end).

Except for fanboy assholes that insist on referencing a line from it every 10 minutes.

And most these simpletons probably don't know it used to be on. I know a few that thought it was pretty much a new show.

Got that right! In the original years of Family Guy they were offensive and crude, but in a tolerable way, it wasn't gratuitous or stupid. It was actually funny because it was subtle and moved on from it. It didn't spend 1-2 minutes on the same stupid skit.

South Park is satirical in nature. It makes fun of current events, pop culture, stuff like that. They dropped the ball one season when every episode showed some gory act of violence. I thought, oh no, please don't. Then next season it came back funnier than ever.

only one? south park by far...more variety and originality IMO, though i'm a fan of family guy as well, it does get old much quicker...

Family Guy.

Catchy songs about AIDS, sodomy and farting. Fights with giant chickens over a mishap about a coupon. A baby confused about his sexuality. The fat, dumb man that makes fun of other fat people. Awesome.

Adam West is just pure gold on Family Guy.

"Not the Griffins, you moron! The rest of my Lite Brite pieces! My name isn't "Adam We"... or is it? Who am I? What number did you call? Don't ever call here again!"

Hangs up phone.
"I guess I told him! Nobody messes with Adam We."

family guy is witty humor.
south park is genius, and i dont say that about too many things.

simpsons was great, space ghost is up there, beavis and butthead come close, but south park is simply the best i've seen.
