according to the site, the PS4 will use an IBM power7 CPU (makes sense), and a PowerVR graphics chip. powervr were the people behind the sega dreamcast/naomi graphics, so they know what they're doing (they still have the most efficient rendering system by far), but they've really only been making stuff for cellphones since the dreamcast died.
