Sometimes Attachments Don't Work

I don't know what causes this, but sometimes when I try uploading pictures they won't show up.

This is usually due to the size of the picture. The max. length of the picture is 1000 pixels, can't remember the max. width. Resize the picture, make sure it is a .jpg, and that usually cures the problem.

I've also tried other browsers to make sure the browser for some reason isn't the issue and the same thing happened.
